Rosselli and JFK - The Judith Campbell Exner Connection

ROSSELLI and JFK - The JUDITH CAMPBELL EXNER Connection.

Judith Campbell Exner (JCE) is certainly one of the most beautiful babes of Dealey Plaza, and she plays a pivotal role in swing of things, especially in regards to the CIA-Mafia plots to kill Castro and JFK’s association with Frank Sinatra and Sam Giancana.

And it was John Rosselli who introduced her into the picture. In one of his three appearances before the Church Committee, Rosselli was questioned extensively about his association with JCE testifying that he knew her since she was 17 years old and married to Campbell, her first husband. Rosselli also probably knew her second husband, Exner – a golf professional.

From the way I piece it together, Rosselli introduced JCEx to Sam Giancana and Frank Sinatra, who introduced her to JFK, creating a love triangle among JFK, JCE and Giancana, who played a pivotal role in assisting JFK in winning the West Virginia primary, that ensured his nomination.

As a big promoter of JFK in the primaries and general election, Sinatra dedicated one of his hit songs for JFK’s use during the election and played a major role in the celebrity roundup for the Inagural Balls.

JCE’s name is on the official visitors log to the White House when JFK was there, and she is known to have visited JFK at his New York City apartment, and has acknowledged having delivered envelops between JFK and Giancana, but not knowing their contents.

But the most significant aspect of JCE’s connection to the assassination came in August 1962 – when Oswald was in the USSR.

An FBI state out crew kept watch, keeping JCE’s Vegas apartment under surveillance, they saw two young men break into her apartment – but then failed to follow up on this crime when the two were identified as the Hale brothers, Bobby and Billy Hale, the twin sons of former FBI agent I. B. Hale. Hale was then working in security for the Convair Division of General Dynamics. Hale’s wife, the twin’s mother, Virginia Hale, worked for the Texas Employment Commission, knew Oswald and assisted in getting him jobs at Leslie Welding and Jaggers-Chiles-Stoval graphic arts firm in Dallas.

Oswald knew the Hale brothers too, as the three attended Arlington Heights High School in Fort Worth together – their sophomore year, from September until late October 1956, when Oswald dropped out of school and joined the Marines.

Ironically, Bobby Hale eloped with the pregnant daughter of John Connally, and was acquitted of accidently murdering her. Bobby Hale died in an Anchorage, Alaska jail in 2008.

Like their father, a legendary Texas Christian University athlete, and FBI agent, the twins played football, and practiced with the Hales. Though Oswald didn’t make the team, he maintained his interest in watching football on television, especially the Dallas Cowboys.

Most serious researchers into these affairs believe that the Hale twins broke into JCE’s Los Angeles apartment while it was under FBI surveillance on August 7, 1962, not because of the Rosselli – JFK associations, but because of some connection to the high level political power struggle over the TFX-111 contract that eventually was given to General Dynamics.
