veteran, Colonel Robert G. Storey, who hailed from Dallas, Texas. Colonel
Storey was also one of the very few officer in the entire U.S. military privy
to ULTRA. Years later, Storey would play a very prominent role as an
independent attorney working with the Warren Commission after the assassination
