Major Ralph Ganis on Oswald - From the Skorzeny Papers

Major Ralph P. Ganis USAF. Ret. in his new book, The Skorzeny Papers - Evidence for the Plot to Kill JFK (Skyhorse, 2018)

Maj. Ganis On Oswald –

“In the realm of literature on the assassination, much has been written on Lee Harvey Oswald The Warren Commission, after quickly gathering and examining the evidence, determined that Oswald was a lone gunman This conclusion is not compatible with the network analysis of the Skorzeny papers, which clearly points to Oswald as a fall guy for the operation. Simply put, Oswald was manipulated and used as a deception, designed to draw attention away from the Skorzeny network”

“Lee Harvey Oswald was neither alone, nor a nu. He said he was a ‘patsy,’ which now appears to be true. All history books that have focused on Lee Harvey Oswald, are essentially books about the deception part of the Dallas operation.”

“The common bottom-up approach of focusing on the activities of Lee Harvey Oswald for atempting to unravel the mysteries of the JFK assassination has resulted in a lack of understanding concerning key aspects of what actually happened.

“This book takes a fundamentally different approach and addresses the problem from a strategic perspective, while focusing on Otto Skorzeny – and more specifically on what was revealed by the Skorzeny papers By carefully analyzing Skorzen’s Dallas business network, we can see for the first time, a coherent covert assassination operation”

“The key to the entire Dallas operation was synchronicty. The action arm under Souetre had to be put into position at the precise moment the deception group positioned Lee Harvey Oswald as the fall guy.”

“….It was established through testimony of principle witnesses that Lee Harvey Oswald had planned and executed the assassination attempt by himself. The principle account came from Oswald’s wife Marina who suggested that Lee targeted Walker because he thought he was the head of the clandestine Fascist organization…”

“Oswald’s odd friendship with (George) de Mohrenschildt in early 1963 may have been coincidental or for some other clandestine reason, such as covert Cuban operations. Either way Oswald was conveniently available as a stooge."

"The use of Oswald also brings into the equation the Texas School Book Depository. This is the building where it is claimed Oswald took the shot that killed JFK. But the book depository is also in close proximity to the infamous grassy knoll, a suspected sniper’s nest in the assassination story….the Skorzeny network had a support group which controlled the book depository and the surrounding area.”

“The order to carry out the assassination of President Kennedy necessarily originated at the highest level of the United States government….However if we view the Skorzeny network as a weapon system (which it essentially was as a foreign leader assassination program), it could only have been activated by direct orders from the highest quarters of government. This is reasonable to deduce, since using it would have had major geopolitical implications. Thus, it is also logical to assume that any order to carry out a strategic assassination of this magnitude came to Skorzeny verbally via a trusted agent. We do not know who delivered that fateful order.”

“Lee Harvey Oswald was a deception, set up by the Skorzeny network in Dallas…..(The Deception group) made contact with Oswald and began to ‘process’ him for exploitation. The initial purpose may not have been for assassination but some other use. But at some point, when the assassination was ordered, Oswald was placed as the fall guy He may not have been the only fall guy prepared by the network in Dallas. The deception gropu monitored Oswald and maneuvered him into position at the Texas School Book Depository, setting him up as the patsy.”

“Since Oswald’s behavior immediately after the shooting of Kennedy is both frantic and filled with inexplicable events, it appears Oswald may have realized his vulnerable position and was attempting to take flight. Whatever the circumstances, his liquidation was necessary to prevent the exposure of the entire network.”

“The presence in Dallas of the Skorzeny network and its contacts with Oswald destroys the lone gunman theory. Further studies into the Skorzeny connections to Dallas may allow for the full exposure of Oswald’s story Time will tell.”
